Original accessories and vulnerable parts

All parts are made of high-quality wear-resistant materials through multiple precision processing procedures. In particular, wear parts for key components are made of selected imported materials, ensuring durability. Meanwhile, the good interchangeability of some parts simplifies the replacement process and reduces costs. We have original design drawings for all models of equipment and their parts. When you need to replace parts, please contact our staff to purchase, so as to ensure part quality and operational safety.

Maintenance and Repair

As equipment is used over the years, parts will age, and production efficiency and reliability will decline accordingly. Therefore, proper maintenance and repair can delay performance degradation, extend service life, and help you achieve production goals. According to the equipment wear level and your budget, we can also provide regular on-site maintenance to restore the crushing capacity of the equipment.

Three Guarantees for Quality

Different parts have different warranty periods. For electromechanical products, a one-year (2500 working hours) three-guarantee warranty is provided; for accessory products, a two-year (5000 working hours) three-guarantee warranty is applied. Conveyor belts have a two-year warranty (limited to blistering, delamination, and 5000 working hours); breakage caused by bursting, scratching, other man-made damages, and normal wear and tear are not covered by the warranty. Therefore, regular maintenance is essential.
