after-sales service

In order to enable the products purchased by customers to create higher value, our company solemnly promises as follows:

1. For all electromechanical products purchased from our company, a one-year (2500 working hours) three-guarantee warranty for quality is provided; for accessory products, a two-year (5000 working hours) three-guarantee warranty for quality is provided.

2. Conveyor belts are covered by a two-year warranty (limited to blistering, delamination, and 5000 working hours); breakage caused by bursting, scratching, other man-made damages, normal wear and tear, etc., are not within the warranty scope.

3. Installation technical service guidance can be provided.

4. A sound service network is available: on-site response within 12 hours in the city and 24 hours within the province.

5. Troubleshooting will be carried out to ensure the normal operation of customers' equipment.

6. Regular customer follow-up visits will be conducted, including free inspection of equipment operation and guidance on customer maintenance.

7. Convenient and sufficient equipment supply is provided, along with in-province logistics and distribution services for accessories.

8. After-sales joint maintenance services are offered to eliminate customers' worries; service fees incurred outside the warranty period will be charged at cost price.
