The transmission drum is the main component for transmitting power. This series of transmission drums are divided into three types based on their load-bearing capacity: light, medium, and heavy. The drum diameters are 500, 630, 800, and 1000mm. There are several different shaft diameters and center spans for designers to choose from for the same drum diameter.
Lightweight: The bearing aperture is 80-100mm. The shaft and hub are single key connected single plate welded cylinder structures. Unidirectional axis.
Medium size: bearing aperture 120-180mm. The shaft and hub are connected by expansion sleeves.
Heavy duty: The bearing aperture is 200-220mm. The shaft and hub are connected by expansion sleeves, and the cylinder is a cast welded structure. There are two types of output shafts: one-way output shaft and two-way output shaft.
