1.When can I get the quotation?
We usually provide a quotation within 4 hours after receiving your inquiry. If you urgently need to obtain the price, please call us or specify it in the email. We will give priority to processing your inquiry.
2. Can the product be customized? What is the production cycle of the product?
After the goods are ordered, we can customize them according to the special requirements of the customers by adopting the latest technology.
The production cycle depends on the quantity of orders and the type of products. Under normal circumstances, production can be completed within 30 working days after the order is confirmed.
3. What are the delivery terms of your company?
We accept various methods such as factory delivery (EXW), Free on Board (FOB).
4. What about the transportation costs and delivery time?
This depends on the volume of the goods, the mode of transportation (sea/air/express) and the destination port/airport you specify. We would be most grateful if you could provide relevant information so that we can accurately calculate the cost.
